We cannot fully imagine the depth of what you’re going through. We pray for mothers facing this difficult decision to have the grace, wisdom and peace needed. WHY ADOPTION
Both of us come from big families and love the large family dynamics. We have always agreed that we want our kids to grow up with multiple siblings. While we were able to have one biological child, Robert, due to medical complications during his birth we are no longer able to grow our family naturally. Adoption has been something we have thought and prayed about since we married in 2018. We are excited to have the chance to bring in a new member(s) to love and nurture.
HERE’S OUR STORY
We met in 2011 while both attending the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Our relationship first began as friends through similar agricultural groups on campus. Our love for humor, outdoors and family & friends brought us together after a year of friendship. Our first date, which Peter didn’t realize was a date, was to church. While it wasn’t a conventional first date, it began the bedrock of our relationship. After a few years of a long distance relationship, we felt committed to each other and stronger than ever. Peter proposed to Michele in Jamaica on her birthday. We married in 2018 with all our friends and family present. Fast forward a decade from our first date, we were blessed to welcome Robert to the family. Parenthood has been the most rewarding aspect of our lives.

OUR HOME AND FAMILIES
We live in a small, family-friendly community in southern Wisconsin.
Our community is so small, it only has one stop light. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house was purchased in 2017. The house has lots of space and big back yard to run around. Peter’s family lives in town and Michele’s brother lives less than an hour away. Peter grew up here and knew it was the perfect place to raise a family.
We love the activities the community offers. Being close to several larger cities allows us to make day trips for new, fun activities. The community offers lots of family-oriented events. The town also makes sure that the schools are well-funded and providing ample opportunities for kids.
We have a huge support system that cannot wait to meet YOUR CHILD.
We are close to both immediate and extended families. Both sets of grandparents are actively involved in our and Robert’s lives.
Peter grew up in a dynamic, loud household with five siblings: two brothers and three sisters. Peter’s parents, John (Papi) and Mary Ann (Nana), also live in the same community as us. Nana watches Robert twice a week where they love to go on walks and go to the zoo.
Michele had a very blessed childhood. Michele is the oldest of three. We love to travel to the northwoods and spend time on the lake with Michele’s family. Robert loves boat rides and ice cream with Grandma and Grandpa.

I really enjoy coaching, watching, and playing multiple sports including: football, baseball, wrestling, golf, basketball
My house projects include everything from finishing our basement to making wooden furniture
My favorite holiday is Christmas

IN CLOSING
